A collaboration menu with the Kanagawa Mottainai Project will be offered.

We were inspired by the Kanagawa Mottainai Project, launched by Kanagawa information influencer Nachi, and have now collaborated with Horii Food Service Co., Ltd.

A winter-only menu using our sake lees will be available at three Kakurean Shinobiya stores in Kanagawa Prefecture (Tsujido, Center Minami, and Higashi-Totsuka) from Wednesday, October 22, 2025.
