- We will issue an invoice on the 1st of each month, with finalized billing amounts due at the end of the month, and will notify you by email or SMS (short message) by the 3rd of the month.
- Payment methods are convenience store payment (via a terminal installed at a convenience store), bank transfer, and direct debit.
- The payment deadline is the 10th for convenience store payments and bank transfers. For direct debit payments, the payment will be deducted on the 12th*. However, for January and May payments, the payment may be deducted on the 20th*.
- Depending on the payment method, a fee will be charged for each monthly payment (invoice). For convenience store payments, the fee is up to 390 yen (tax included), and for bank transfers, the customer will be responsible for the transfer fee. For direct debit payments, there is no payment fee.

| 7. Delivery of Products

- In-stock items will be shipped within 5 business days after your order is confirmed.
- If the item is out of stock, we will contact you separately.

| 8. Returns and exchanges

- Please check the contents after receiving the product.
- Please note that we cannot accept returns for reasons of customer convenience.
- If the product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product.
- Please note that we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened (except in cases where the product is found to be defective after opening) or products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer.
