Crate Shonan Shiosai Lemon 40

This is the first in the Cratsch series, a new liqueur created by a Japanese sake brewery.
You can enjoy the fresh fruit juice and refreshing citrus flavor that is unique to Kanagawa.

It can be enjoyed as a mixer, or simply as a straight drink or on the rocks, allowing you to taste the alcohol.

It is made with 40% juice, all made with fruits from Kanagawa Prefecture, and is the pride of our brewery. Made using Daiginjo sake, it has a freshly squeezed lemon flavor, as well as a soft, crisp taste.
