Hadano sake lees directly packed from the brewery

This is sake lees, which are produced when sake is pressed. We have packed this bottle with freshly pressed sake lees that were produced when we brewed sake at our brewery this season.

Heat sake lees and water and add sugar to make amazake.
Used as an ingredient for sake lees soup and sake lees pickles.
You can also use it as a companion to your beauty and health.

*Since sake lees are a by-product of sake production, they may contain grains and other ingredients derived from the rice used as the raw material. However, these are not harmful, so please remove them before use.
