Hadano is the only basin in Kanagawa Prefecture. This sake is made from "Gohyakumangoku" sake rice, a specially cultivated rice grown with reduced pesticides on land overlooking the majestic Omote-Tanzawa Mountains, and brewed with underground water from the Omote-Tanzawa Mountains drawn up from beneath the brewery. The soft ginjo aroma, the delicious flavor that spreads throughout the mouth, and the gentle, lingering aftertaste evoke the warmth of the poet Yugure's beloved hometown. A terroir Junmai Ginjo sake made with 100% Hadano-grown rice and water. Kanai Sake Brewery's attempt to pioneer a new era.
